Estonian postal group Omniva has announced a new partnership with ReBOUND Returns, a global returns management platform, to support product returns from the Baltics.
ReBOUND provides reverse logistics services to hundreds of e-commerce retailers including the UK fashion brand ASOS.
This cooperation offers Baltic shoppers more options for returning products which include Omniva’s parcel locker network.
Shoppers choosing Omniva lockers will receive an SMS confirmation with a return code, which provides a convenient way to return their goods at any of the Omniva parcel lockers, without the additional need for a printer.

Omniva has more than 300 parcel lockers in the Baltics and is planning to expand its network significantly this year.
