US freight hauling railroad, Union Pacific, has reported a significant spike in cargo theft from its trains in Los Angeles County over the past year. The news follows pictures and videos emerging online of parcels, including from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx, littering the Union Pacific tracks leading to Downtown Los Angeles.
