Global automation solutions provider KEBA has announced a new contract with Greek courier ACS Postal Services for the rollout of more than 200 parcel lockers by the end of 2023 to provide customers with a 24/7 user-friendly solution for collection and returns.
ACS, which is part of the Quest Group, has invested in 205 KePol FS-09 parcel lockers from KEBA, which are being rolled out in stages, between July 2022 and the end of 2023. The installation, as well as area-wide technical support, will be carried out by KEBA’s sales and service partner in Greece, Mobile Technology.
According to KEBA, the rollout of the FS-09 lockers started in the summer, with around 60 stations installed so far in locations including Athens and Salonica. By the end of 2022, 100 ACS Smartpoint lockers will be in operation.

The selected parcel lockers can be installed both outdoors and indoors and are equipped with a touchscreen for password entry and a POS terminal for card payments. The systems are also configured with an alarm system, a camera, and LED lighting to ensure optimum ease of use and secure pickup and return of parcels and goods even in the dark.
