Omnichannel to drive e-commerce growth in 2025

Consumers will shop more in-store than online this year

Only around a third of shoppers across eight key international markets plan to increase their online spending in 2025, with more than half set to buy more in physical stores instead, highlighting the need for retailers to develop true omnichannel strategies that seamlessly integrate online and offline experiences.

These are the key findings from the E-commerce Delivery Benchmark 2025 report, which was launched yesterday (February 11) by delivery management firm Auctane and Retail Economics at The Delivery Conference in London.
