DPD UK takes 8,000 locker leap with YEEP!

DPD UK is taking a major step to expand its out-of-home (OOH) network, adding 8,000 parcel lockers over the next five years, as part of a major strategic partnership with YEEP! 

The initiative will see DPD, which delivers over 360 million parcels a year, add to its existing network of 12,000 Pickup parcel stores and lockers across the UK. 

The move comes as parcel locker operators InPost, Quadient and YEEP! deploy more lockers across the country, and parcel carriers expand their OOH networks through their own networks, such as Royal Mail,  as well as through shared parcel lockers and parcel shops.
