Postal and courier industry solutions supplier Escher is expanding its presence in Asia Pacific with a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to serve existing customers and target new business in the region.
This is the company’s second location in Asia Pacific after Singapore, and seventh office globally, as it continues to invest in the region to support its current customers and develop future growth for the company.
Serving as a sales hub for the region to support its customers across the Asia Pacific zone, Escher’s latest office in the Malaysian capital will complement its existing delivery and services centre of excellence in Singapore.
“Our Kuala Lumpur office is the first of many strategic investments, not only throughout the APAC region, but globally, as we continue to grow and add regional expertise and resources to provide optimal support for our customers,” explained Rodrigo Medgenberg, Chief Sales Officer, Escher.
“This new office in Malaysia further demonstrates our commitment to all customers in the Asia Pacific region. We truly look forward to working with all postal operators and couriers in the area, helping them transform their point of service operations to better meet the needs of the modern customer.”
Escher, now headed by a new management team, has helped redefine customer engagement for more than 35 postal operators and couriers around the globe for the past 25 years, handling billions of mission-critical transactions in the process. It claims that using its unique, purpose-built customer engagement platform postal operators can drive superior customer experience, with greater speed and better economics.
