Package consolidators in the US including DHL eCommerce, eBay, Asendia, FedEx, UPS and Amazon, will have to pay more for final-mile delivery by the US Postal Service in future as the heavily loss-making postal operator cuts discounts for its Parcel Select service in a move to boost revenues.
