USPS says Parcel Select changes won’t impact service levels

The US Postal Service (USPS) has told the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) that changes to its Parcel Select ground delivery service, which are encouraging shipping consolidators to inject volumes further upstream, won’t impact service levels and that it is not concerned about potential capacity constraints in its sorting centres.
