Swiss Post results down in 2023 but “in line with expectations”

Swiss Post saw profits, parcels and letter volumes decline in 2023 as its operations were heavily influenced by inflation and subdued consumer confidence, but the post stressed that its results were “in line with expectations,” and that it has achieved a great deal over the past year, strengthening its foundations for the future.
