Executives from all corners of the global logistics sector will gather in Berlin, Germany, next week to discuss how to transform e-commerce distribution, fulfilment and delivery at the 2025 Leaders in Logistics Summit.
The event, which is being held on 12-13 March at the Estrel Center in Berlin, will bring together hundreds of carriers, quick commerce operators, e-commerce platforms, 3PLS, retailers and postal operators, to discuss several key themes including sustainability, digital transformation, regulations, out-of-home (OOH) delivery, reverse logistics, transforming fulfilment, and cross border logistics.
During the two-day event, attendees will have the opportunity to experience three stages of presentations, roundtables, and workshops. Overall, more than 100 speakers will take part and over 800 attendees are expected from around 50 countries.

The conference
During the Leaders in Logistics Summit executives from leading organizations, including bpost, the International Post Corporation, Vinted Go, UPS, Evri, Geopost, DHL Group, Asendia, DPD, and GXO Logistics, will take to the stage to discuss key market challenges, developments and growth opportunities.
Day one will include presentations on the future of e-commerce logistics, cross border commerce, fulfilment, customer experience, workforce productivity, reverse logistics, OOH delivery, and digital transformation.
Keynote presentations will be given by Markus Reckling, Chief Sales Officer of Post and Paket and Divisional Board Member at DHL, who will discuss “driving innovation, efficiency and exceptional service in logistics,” while Karsten Schwarz, Chief Executive Officer DACH at Geopost will speak about “supercharging e-commerce logistics: strategies, solutions, next steps.”
Day two, meanwhile, will focus on sustainability, middle mile efficiency, inventory management, fleet transformation, emerging e-commerce trends and collaboration, as well as continuing discussions on the key topics of OOH delivery and cross border logistics.
Keynote speakers on this day include David Saenz, Chief Commercial Officer at Evri discussing the pathway to net zero logistics; Lars Purkarthofer, Director of Public Affairs at UPS examining the transition to fully sustainable operations; and Matthias Hofmann, EVP of Last Mile Logistics at Austrian Post looking at the evolving OOH market.
Startup Awards
Prior to the main event kicking off, the Leaders in Logistics Summit will host the Startup Awards, which will be held on 11 March between 5:00pm and 8:00pm, also in the Estrel Center.
These awards will shine a spotlight on trailblazing innovators redefining the logistics sector. Six startups will pitch live to a panel of industry experts, including from Swiss Post, La Poste and Austrian Post, with one crowned the winner by audience vote.
The startups include Smarcel, Vaibe, Squake, Kasparium, and Shipherd.
