Estonian postal firm Omniva delivered record volumes last year and increased revenues while reducing its net loss by more than 50%, as demand from international clients drove growth.

For 2024, Omniva’s total revenue grew by 7.4%, reaching €141.4 million. Meanwhile, the firm reported a full-year operating profit of €1.1 million, while the net loss stood at €0.56 million – an improvement of 56% compared to 2023, when the net loss was €1.26 million.

Omniva delivered more than 45 million parcels in 2024, reflecting a 19% increase in parcel volumes compared to the previous year. The operator noted that volumes through its international business “reached a record level” in 2024.

Growth was also strong in parcel locker and courier services, with volume increases of 8% in Estonia, 23% in Latvia, and 2% in Lithuania, Omniva revealed.

“Challenging conditions”

Omniva noted that the results demonstrate continued growth despite challenging economic conditions in the Baltic region. “I am pleased that we managed to significantly grow Omniva’s volumes despite the current challenging economic environment and increasingly intense competition,” said Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva, Martti Kuldma, who took over from Mart Mägi earlier in March.

“In line with the company’s strategy, we focused last year on expanding our logistics infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, developing new services, and driving international growth,” Kuldma added.
