Top retailers, brands and carriers debate e-commerce delivery at TDC Global 2020

More than 1,300 executives, managers and delegates from leading brands, retailers and carriers will gather at The Delivery Conference in London next month to discuss the latest developments in e-commerce delivery – just a few days after Brexit finally gets done.

Event organiser Metapack, the global leader in eCommerce delivery technology, has again lined up an impressive array of top-level speakers from big-name companies for its annual showcase event, which takes place on February 4, 2020, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

In addition, TDC Global 2020, for which CEP-Research is once again a media partner, will provide participants from some 30 countries with extensive opportunities to make new business contacts and network with existing partners, as well as to speak with more than 30 major industry suppliers in the accompanying exhibition.

“TDC is unique,” commented Bruce Fair, Chief Revenue Officer at Metapack. “It takes place at the opportune moment in the year when eCommerce retailers and the delivery community are taking stock of Peak and the festive season. The 2020 event will not disappoint, with fantastic speakers and presentations, thought-provoking panels, the popular solutions showcase and an insight into research data that highlights some of the key trends that are shaping our industry today.”

With the overarching theme ‘Building eCommerce Delivery’, the 2020 event will deliver a packed agenda that covers key topics including the rising importance of sustainability, the future of eCommerce and global consumer trends. This year’s agenda has been specifically designed to help the industry understand the evolution that is needed to meet changing customer expectations of a personalised and connected experience across all channels.

Major themes during the one-day event, according to the organisers, will include:
