London calling for The Delivery Conference 2025
One of the biggest events in the international CEP calendar, The Delivery Conference (TDC), will be back next February with a strong line-up of speakers and topics.
Taking place on February 11th, 2025, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, the one-day event will again be an information-rich, thought-provoking conference providing excellent opportunities to network with peers from the industry, according to organisers Metapack/Auctane.
CEP-Research is once again a media partner and will be reporting extensively on the conference, which is likely to attract over 1,000 industry leaders and delegates from more than 500 brands and will offer an expanded roster of around 25 speakers and over 20 sessions.
Key insights
As the title ‘Entering a new era of success in 2025’ suggests, The Delivery Conference will deliver positive and insightful talks and presentations on key issues from customer experience, omnichannel and operational efficiency through to the future of delivery, cross-border ecommerce and sustainability.
Al Ko, CEO at Auctane, the host of the event, will lead the morning plenary session by reflecting on the rapid changes in shipping and logistics, as well as ecommerce.
This theme will continue with a presentation from Richard Lim, CEO at Retail Economics on the inflection point ecommerce faces as it continues to mature in the years ahead. He will be joined in a panel session by Charlotte Bunney, Director of Customer Experience at DPD UK and David James, Group Supply Chain Director at boohoo group plc to discuss future threats of disruption and customer expectations.
Day’s schedule
Following a coffee break, the conference splits, with delegates in the main room hearing a talk on building a resilient logistics operation hosted by Katie Searles, Editor of DeliveryX and Internet Retailing and a presentation from Emma Clarke, Director of Product Management at Metapack Group on the lessons from Peak Season 2024. Running concurrently, guests in The Delivery Conference sponsorship track in the Discovery Theatre can enjoy sessions hosted by Quadient, HIVED, and Uber Direct taking attendees up to the lunch break.
After lunch, four tracks will focus on upgrading your customer experience; carriers and logistics innovation; next-gen logistics; and the Discovery Theatre. Speakers will represent some of the industry’s best known companies including: parcelLab, FedEx, Starlinks Global, InPost, Auctane, Amazon Shipping, Satalia, and Yodel.
Bringing The Delivery Conference 2025 to a close will be a keynote presentation from Debra Searle, the British adventurer and businesswoman, on excelling during periods of change.
